I love this perspective. Being flexible in light of new information is a key to growth and is likely to lead to a more interesting and fulfilling life.

I’m changing my mind about Timothy Leary. To me, he’s no longer just a hallucinogenic drug weirdo any more, but a pretty smart guy. 😆 Staying’ young, folks.

  2. I’ve been thinking about “the conversion” experience lately, and how it seems anyone who converts from one perspective to another, will usually say their new perspective is more liberating. We often think it is the new perspective itself which is liberating, or containing of more depth, but I think it may often be simply in the experience of changing itself that we gain those feelings.

    1. Absolutely. Being able to see something good that you didn’t see before is such a helpful skill to learn. The new perspective that you gain is just one positive result of hopefully many more to come.
